Yes, within reason. Group size, timing, and certain add-ons are usually flexible.

For fully bespoke programmes, we can build something from scratch — that's what our event management service is for.

For Experiences: You receive one proposal price. No line-item breakdowns, no hidden fees. 

For full event planning: we charge a 15% event management fee. No surprises after you approve.

catering to sound and lights and merchandise, we partner with the best suppliers and venues to bring
